It all started when people noticed a man at a protest shaking a harmless puppy by the neck to get attention on live TV. A representative from the Kris Kelly organization offered a $500 reward to the whereabouts of the puppy & the name of this man.
In her quest to find the puppy, she was told the puppy was dead and strangled. She wanted to confirm if this was true or not.

The news station sent the video to the Memphis police. Memphis Animal Services has been notified. The puppy was returned to the rescue, dead, and left on the fence. The man in the video has been identified. The rescue is very afraid of retaliation from the rioters.
