A former Louisville police officer was indicted for shooting into neighboring apartments. Two others involved in Breonna Taylor’s death were “justified,” Kentucky attorney general says.

Downtown Louisville is virtually closed down, with barricades blocking roads and police officers stationed around street entrances to the area.
Because of all the preparation being done, many on Twitter believe no charges will be filed.
